Best product ever bought!
Hands down this has been a life saver for me, I am currently breastfeeding my daughter and I have a huge oversupply and was constantly leaking and flooding however this product has saved me the embarrassment of being soaked constantly. I would 100% recommend this product! I have managed to save so much milk and store it thanks to this product as well. No more waste! Very comfortable too, I actually forget I have it in my bra sometimes and end up tipping over and milk coming out (but that is my fault not the products😂) I do have to remember to take it out before bending over with them in but it is so easy to forget they are there! Quick, easy and efficient :) extremely pleased!

Life saver, well milk saver anyway
This product has saved me so much washing over the past few weeks. My daughter is now 6 weeks old and from the point my milk came in I have been lucky enough to produce litres of the stuff. This did, however, mean that every time I fed her from one breast, the other leaked milk everywhere. Not only was I soaked after 5 minutes but so was my daughter. It was extremely frustrating. Breast pads were definitely not enough to keep us dry. A friend mentioned that you could buy shells to catch the milk so after a quick Amazon search I found these. I chose them because I thought they looked more comfortable than the others. They have been great. They are comfortable to wear during a feed, I did try wearing them for day to day activities once and found I looked like a breast feeding Lara Croft, huge and pointy. They have captured all my spare milk which I can then save (if I have sterilised the shells which I have done in a Closer To Nature steam steriliser) or just throw away and as long as you make sure the hole is the right way up then they haven't leaked, even when I've leant over to change her nappy and forgotten it was there.I would definitely recommend this product if you are having problems leaking vast quantities of milk during a feed. I think they may get a little uncomfortable if you tried wearing them for long periods of time; they have left rings round my nipples occasionally, but for half an hour or so they are fine.

Good quality just a shame they leak easily if not careful
One of the best things I’ve bought to save so much milk that would usually get wasted into a disposable breast pad, I simply pour saved milk in the fridge for top ups during or after my sons feeds, just wish there was a lid at the top as if you bend over all milk spills out so you easily :( so keep checking for milk 24:7 just incase to save it spilling out! Bit tedious but I’ve managed to save so much milk rather than being a waste like it has been in the past with my other two children, i also use a Hakka pump to collect from one side whilst feeding from the other if I’m not using the medela collection shells. But for actual pumping I use the medela free style pump :) these are simply great for collecting milk that comes out naturally by itself & would usually go to waste when you’re experiencing a let down etc whilst feeding or hormonal let down in between feeds. They don’t collect much before full, just remember to remove carefully to save spillage too! ;) checking often & storing often will prevent this :) I even where mine out & about as they are comfier than other makes (you get what you pay for) soft silicone backing :)

Great product
I don’t often give reviews on products however these have been the best purchase I’ve made for breastfeeding. I’d tried several types of reusable/non reusable pads and was finding I had to replace them after every feed due to being soaked through however now I collect that milk instead! Definitely recommend! Comfortable to wear and easy to clean.

Could be so much better designed
Medela is such a good brand I hoped for more from these. The silicone was sharp around the nipple and they don't hold enough milk that they leak.I should have got these during pregnancy as they would have been great for the colustrum I was leaking, however they don't stay in place easily as they don't suction. The elvie curve is so much better, albeit much more expensive

Relief for sore nipples and milk leakage
I bought these as I was suffering from incredibly sore and cracked nipples a few days into breastfeeding for the first time. These made an immediate positive difference by stopping my nipples rubbing on clothes between feeds and at the same time preventing nipple cream rubbing off. For this purpose they have been brilliant and after a few days my nipples started to heal. At the moment I wear them all day and even sleep in them. That’s not their intended purpose though. They are designed to collect milk leakage, which they also do a really good job of. Sometimes you can find the lip inside that goes around your areola presses down a little too firmly causing mild discomfort and also causes milk to be released from the breast. I usually find that by adjusting them or loosening my bra I can relieve this.Depending on how big your breasts are and what you’re wearing, you may well find that these look lumpy through your clothes. Can’t really be avoided unfortunately considering these are little milk tanks that go in your bra!

Great for let down
I only have a single pump and I was finding that every time I pumped my other boob would just leak all over me and I literally wanted to cry over the spilt milk!! Used these last night for the first time and they are really comfortable and caught a good 10ml of milk from each side. I’m not sure what the max capacity they would be able to hold is though, but if you only have a smallish amount of let down they are great!
