Swanson Boswellia, 800mg, 100 Capsules

My dog takes this as has a problem with her back legs which meant she often struggled to get into the boot of the car. Since she has been taking these she is far more sprightly and hasnt had a problem since. She must be a good test as she doesn't know what she is taking so the effect must be genuine and not perceived.Really impressed.

I've been taking this for several months, because of the osteoarthritis in my knees. I can't say I've noticed a difference. My knees feel neither better nor worse. It's possible that this doesn't do anything. On the other hand, it's also possible that my knees would be worse without it, there's no telling. I can confirm that I haven't experienced any side effects.The capsules are on the large side, and it takes an effort to swallow them, but it's manageable. The flavour (when I bite or chew the capsules instead of swallowing them, or keep them in my mouth for too long) is unpleasant, but not unbearable.

Always excellent, I buy this for a few of us, and it keeps arthritis pain away, plus many other benefits, Why not look up, Frankincense there are some interesting studies. From the Boswellia genus, Wikipedia is a good start.

I bought these capsules to help my joints as I suffer from arthritis. Already I feel they are helping. As always, Swanson's products are superb quality and I will order from them when I need more.

I purchased this product after reading reviews stating that it was helpful with painful joints. have been taking for a couple of weeks, have not noticed any difference in my pain levels. the only thing I have noticed for some strange reason, is that if I am sniffly or my eyes are watery, as sometimes happens, this cap gets rid of those symptoms.As I bought it for my arthritis though, and it has not impacted on that, will carry on taking full course, but not sure about buying again. Maybe I just need to persevere and think long term.

I don't normally believe in natural remedies. This was recommended by a friend who found it helped his arthritis - and was giving some to his sister. Decided to "give it a go" and amazingly it seems to work for me, as it did for my friend, but made absolutlely no difference for his sister. Try it !

I take two tablets three times daily for UC and find it's the only natural remedy which actually works. I've been taking it for two years now.

Boswellia is great for humans and animals alike. My cat was hit by a car and had a broken tail which is very painful and a capsule sprinkled on her food twice a day helped...

Seems to settle ibs / diverticulitis.

Arrived quickly, but bottle is labelled 800mg and then there is an additional sticker on the bottle that says 400mg. Very confusing??? What is the dosage here?! Poor Labelling.
