The Amazon listing mentioned that this is a frequently returned item....I took a chance and order it. I am so glad I did. It is an exact replica of Godinger Glass Mug. It is made with high quality glass. The carved leaf details add a touch of glamour to the cup. I like the size (16oz). It came wrapped in heavy plastic which was placed in a box with foam lining and that box was placed in an Amazon box which honestly makes it impossible for the cups to break and included 4 gold color spoons. I purchased mine when the price was reduced so it was a win win situation. I highly recommend them.

I can recommend these cups— slightly bigger than I thought they would be, but this is not a disadvantage.

Durable and simply beautiful.

First, I loved the product; 3 unmarred mugs were every thing I wanted at this price point. However one mug had a large (+2")demolding defect in the glass; distorted while in its hot, 'plastic' state. It is a prominent and unsightly flaw. I bought it as 'used' not defective; the flaw is not the result of use. So a star off for a set that is one acceptable cup short of complete.

I love these! I bought them for tea, not coffee! I love the size! Just perfect for what I was looking for at the right price!! I might buy another set!Not so sure about the spoons. Could have done without them!The cups are terrific!!

these crystal glass cups are easy to hold and to clean. Pretty and can be used not only for tea and coffee, but for puddings and jello!
