Very strong

Although it took 3 weeks to arrive I am very impressed. Small and mighty. Well packaged for safety, with safety instructions!I thought because they were so small they'd be naff but they are actually the best small magnet I have bought for crafting. I'd probably use additional glue if I was using it for holding something upto 1.6kg. Otherwise I'd recommend them.

Adhesive backing is quite strong but TAKES 36 HOURS TO REACH FULL STRENGTH. (as stated clearly in Amazon product description) remove backing paper, apply firm pressure to clean surface,and leave for full 36 hours & the glue will hold very strongly. IF YOU DON'T WAIT GLUE WILL FAIL VERY EASILY.

I bought these as the catch on my oven door broke. Had to use two stacked to work with my oven, but they grip really nicely and are an ideal cheap solution to a broken oven door. Heat doesn't seem to affect them.

These are very strong magents, I was VERY impressed by this, but there are a few issues.Firstly, if you are looking to connect 2 together (for example, onto a cupboard door and it's frame so that the door closes magnetically) the magnetic attraction is on the wrong side. These do not pair up, so it's only good for sticking something that is already metal.Secondly, because they are SO strong, the adhesive itself is not enough to stop them flying off whatever they are stuck to. I have had to use tape/glue to keep them down. Once stuck down, they are brilliant.Therefore, it's 5 stars for effectiveness and 3 stars for application - overall 4 stars!

A very well packaged and presented set of extremely strong magnets.

I bought a small pack of magnets so I could fasten my bag together. The stupid design of the bag meant that it had no means of a fastening on it to keep it shut, so these magnets have worked a treat. I ordered yesterday and they were dispatched super quick and arrived on my doorstep at lunchtime today. even though I knew the strength of the magnets I was buying, they felt a lot stronger than what I had anticipated - so I have gotten value for money here! I'm glad that when I opened the packaging the first thing I saw was a leaflet mentioning the H&S of these strong magnets, and I read through it with interest. Thanks for the heads-up! The packaging is in form of a small strong cardboard box, taped shut. On opening, the contents of the box lies on top of a layer of foam padding. The contents are even packaged in a strong plastic box which slides open.All in all, top marks for the quality of the magnets, packaging and speedy delivery.Couldn't recommend enough if you're looking for magnets!

Pretty good, pretty strong.A bit brittle (break easilly appart) but that is the nature of Neodym, so I cannot really complain about it.The thing I have to complin about is polarity:The adhesive is but on just one side of the magnets, so if you want to glue one magnet to one object, one to another and make them stick together, that is not possible with these magnets.No matter how you put it, the magnets repell each other when you use the adhesive that is on them.So you need to remove the adhesive, and glue them to whatever you want the other way around yourself
