Love the quality. Good deal. Comfortable and functional. Fits exactly as expected. Just be careful of how you choose your size if you want it to fit large then choose a larger size.

Perfect. Had my doubts because of the price but this thing is beautiful.
Best Kendo Keikogi you can buy at this price. Material is tought and beautiful, Thus you can be throw in this and it will withstand tearing. Color is gorgeous, and the it looks great in the Hakama that you can buy with it. For the price, this can't be beat. Going to buy these from now on.

Sizing Absolutely Sucks
Horrible. Like a lot of other people, I ordered a XX-L. My son who wears a Medium Large T-Shirt can barely fit in this thing.The sizing is absolutely horrible

Sizing is 2 to 3 sizes too small copmpared to other makers
I started Kendo 6 months ago and picked up this Kendogi as a practice gi. I am 6'2 and 250 lbs so ordered the largest possible size, XXL. The length from shoulder to thigh is barely adequate.(34.5") the sleeves are a little short but also barely adequate (50" from end of sleeve to end of sleeve across the shoulder). The real issue is the waist. When tied this is exactly 20" across laid flat, which barely fits my 40" waist, but it is quite tight. In comparing the size with other manufacturer size charts it is comparable to a size 3 from other makers. So again I ordered an XXL and it is marked as such- which should be a size 6 but is actually a size 3. Otherwise the construction is good and it has held up well over 6 months and I do continue to use as a practice gi. I just wish it fit better. So if you order, consider going a full size higher than you think you would normally based on the simple height chart.

Too Small - Not American Sized
The make, quality, and weight of the item is very good. That's why I'm giving it a three star. However, I think this is Japanese/Asian sized and not American sized. It is one to two sizes smaller than what is described and we are accustomed too. As an Asian American, I have encountered this a lot when I go to Asia as a tourist and try to buy clothes. I would always ask if this is an Asian sized or American sized. I ordered a Large before and had to return it because it fit like a small. This time, I ordered it in XXL and it fits like a Large. Arm hole is too snug/tight for my taste. Had to return it again. Hopefully, they will make some in the future that is American sized. I really liked it, oh well!!
