Shipping was fantastic, they quoted me 10 to 12 days, but I got it in four. When I initially picked up the box, I was very disappointed and nearly laughed.. it didn't even weigh 35 lb. Very well packed, and several instruction pamphlets, however, it was obviously built , not in the USA, because the spelling was horrible. As others have mentioned, handlebars were loose.. a couple of shims fixed that problem no big deal. No adjustments we're needed after installing the throttle and the brake. After bleeding the air from the fuel line, it fired on the third pull and idled perfectly on the 6th. The tools that it comes with, are junk.. what do you expect? Anyways he's burned through over a tank and a half of fuel and it runs just fine... Starts just fine, when he lays it down, if it dies....which is rare! For 300 bucks, you can't go wrong! My only wish is, that it came in a color other than pink.

This bike is perfect for my 5 year old. This is his first gas powered bike and we couldn't be any more happy with it. The height is perfect for him and starting it is super easy. We did have a small problem with the kill switch and some gas leakage but I reached out and they sent a replacement parts the next day and was pretty simple to fix. Product is great and customer service is top tear. Would 10/10 recommend this bike for any beginners!

We purchased this for our son at Christmas. He was really unable to ride it until March. Within the first month, we were having problems. Gas tank cover broke, gas line leaked. We have contacted them NUMEROUS times via email because they give you no phone number even asking several times. We sent them videos and all they do is send new parts that YOUR expected to repair yourself. We have a warranty and have asked to return the product for a refund and get no reply, just more parts. Our son has got to ride his dirt bike no more than a couple dozen times….we also had to replace a popped tire and we live in town and he rides it on a sidewalk! DO NOT BUY!!!

This came well packaged. Minor asemmbly needed. Inwould howeever make sure all juts and screws are tighten before operation. And after a few hours of operation make sure you retighten then again. The chain is a little loose after a few rides so make sure you check and tighten it also.. all in all if you do good maintenance check oil and dont abuse it. It will last a while. Only thing that broke right away was the automatic shut off switch it was made very cheap.

My husband decided he wanted our 7 year old grandson to learn to ride a mini bike. I was a bit worried at first because he has never been able to really ride his bicycle, although that is due more to the landscaping around our house rather than his abilities. I was concerned he's hurt himself while trying to just learn to balance on this mini-bike. I was shocked. He got on and his two uncles taught him to keep his feet out to the sides until he got going and then put his feet on the foot pegs. He did and he was riding all around our yard in about 3 minutes tops. It was amazing how nice this little mini-bike is. It's not too fast and it's low to the ground and lightweight so if he does go over he can immediately pick it up and get back on and go. He loves it! We have enjoyed being out in the yard watching him. He wipes it down to keep it clean when he is done riding. It has changed his attitude so much. Amazing little motor bike!

Mini bike is built well easily assembled and easy to start. Good speed and torque for such a small engine

Bike did ok the first few times it was taken out. On about the 5th time the rear tire blew, literally blew. Tire and tube came apart. I reached out to the seller, they responded fairly quickly. I provided them with the purchase order per their request and have not heard back since (over a month). Tried multiple times, nothing. Spoke to a local motorcycle shop and because the size of the tire, they are unable to replace. Also had the brake lever break after bike was tipped over. Same thing, unable to find a replacement lever. This is basically a throw away bike. Better than an electric, not as good as a true dirt bike. Would definitely spend a little extra and go with a 50CC 4 Stroke.

Missing 3 items. Gloves mask goggles. Was told to wait patiently for awhile. How long is awhile to ship out missing items.
