Over the last few years, I have been looking into vitamins, minerals and how they are vital in the roles they play on our well being and other potential health benefits/health properties and lastly how our body functions. Please have a look online at the scientific research at the health benefits Turmeric has, has there are too many to list here.I've noticed Turmeric mentioned quite a lot for its health benefits (too many to mention) and decided to add it to my daily stack of supplements that I take. I've only took them for a week (so too early to tell) but with some supplements, you don't notice the difference that they make to you, but its all about the cells and inside the body that benefits, and as such you don't feel this.On opening the tub, you get a faint smell that Turmeric has, and you get an ever so slight taste when you pop the capsule in your mouth, but nothing unpleasant. They are easy to swallow and after swallowing, the slight Turmeric taste is gone.I would certainly purchase these again due to their stronger strength than others, their one a day dose (a lot of the other Turmeric supplements I looked at, you needed to take two or three per day, which makes them a lot more expensive). I know with these particular ones that they will last me a whole year before needing to purchase again.

So basically I was suffering from constant flares and I could not work, had to take steroids and anesthesias to deal with it. Changed my diet for an anti-inflammatory diet and I took probiotics, vitamin D and this product alongside, all natural. If not, it works wonders for rheumatoid arthritis
