Tastes nice and smooth in texture. Was recommended it to absorb excess bile after gallbladder removal and I think it’s helping regulate things. A bit expensive for what it is though.

I was recommended by my son to use this fiber and have just started to use it. It is too early to tell how effective it is, but it pleasant to take and I have had no issues that were listed as side affects.

The big chunky tub lulled me into a false sense of security. Sure it was expensive, but given the size I thought it would last a long time... it doesn't. I've been going through it at an alarming speed and I've not even been matching the recommended dose and still it quickly disappears. I'm torn because this really is a great product and something I want to continue with but at £360-£400 a year for a supplement I'll be looking for cheaper alternatives

I don't really know what to say about meta mucil,I was told by my sister dat it helps in digestion and also not to experience constipation.I have tried but haven't seen any different yet, maybe not good for me 😔.
