Pregnacare Breastfeeding β A Must-Have for Energy & Nutrition!
As a breastfeeding mom for almost two years, Pregnacare Breastfeeding has been a staple in my daily routine. I can confidently say that these vitamins make a noticeable difference in my energy levels, overall well-being, and possibly even my milk supply.Pros:- Boosts Energy Levels β I can always tell when I forget to take them because I feel more sluggish and drained. These vitamins genuinely help sustain my energy throughout the day.- Comprehensive Nutritional Support β It contains a well-balanced mix of vitamins, minerals, and omega-3 DHA.- Supports Postpartum Recovery β Iβve noticed that my hair and nails are healthier, and I generally feel more replenished.- No Digestive Issues β Unlike some other supplements, Iβve had no stomach discomfort after taking these.Cons:- Pricey for a 28-Day Supply β While I do think it's worth the cost, the fact that one pack only lasts 28 days makes it feel a bit expensive compared to other postnatal vitamins. If you're on a budget, this could be a factor to consider.- Large Tablets & High Dosage β The tablets are quite big, which might be difficult for some to swallow. Additionally, you need to take three tablets per day, which may feel like a lot for those who struggle with pills.

Essential supplement for mothers
Given that it's tricky to figure out whether breast feeding mothers are getting the right micronutrients, supplements like Pregnacare make things a bit easier. Not sure if these work as expected but my wife doesn't have any deficiencies after taking these pills and no side effects so recommended.

Missing pill
The media could not be loaded. I like the product and have been buying regularly. But this time a pill was missing in the product.

Great vitamins, absolutely recommend to have on subscription
You take 1 X yellow (omega 3) and 2 x Brown per day, may seem a lot but just look at everything they're giving back to your body.I have taken pregnacare max (when pregnant ) or pregnacare breastfeeding for 5 years now (have a 4.5 year old) I really do feel a difference when taking them to not and feel it has to help my body because I literally feel more alert when taking them (don't have the drowsy feeling for ages when I wake).I have been breastfeeding for 4 and a half years now in total. I fed my 1st til she was 3 , dual fed whilst pregnant with number 2 and am still feeding my second baby just turned 2.. I absolutely recommend these. I always can feel when I've forgotten to take them, I think particularly the vitamin B helps me feel more alert when waking. (Pre pregnancy found vit B helped)Let's face it we can do with all the help we can get when raising little ones π€£ our amazing bodies give so much to our babies through pregnancy and after I think it's important to try to make sure we're getting some of those nutrients back.I dont think they're expensive considering all the vitamins & nutrients they contain.. and way cheaper on Amazon than in the shops.πππππ From me!
