Nice product
It's a nice product, does what it says on the tin. I've been using it for rosacea on my face, and it does seem to have improved it, as opposed to just camouflaging the redness by applying green cream. This cream has a green tint, so it does camouflage redness but it also seems to improve the skin condition, spots etc. I suppose the price doesn't compare too badly to other products.

Doesn't work brilliantly on my skin
It was fine, as a moisturiser I guess it can help, but my skin responded mildly and so my doctor has given me medication gel to apply to it and that has been more effective, so if you have rosacea like me, make sure you are happy to try it and if you like the results great and good for you, if not, and you want change, go to your doctor and ask about what you can do for your rosacea, in general I use my medication from my doctor as she suggested, I also wash my face twice a day with a special soap (morning and night) , doctor recommended to me to use a certain product which I ordered on Amazon, maybe for you it would be better to ask your doctor. Then I use the gel my doctor prescribed, it is somehow improved but not normal yet. My case is only mild though

So far, so good
This is what Dermalex themselves say -Results vary according to skin type. Within 30 minutes the skin is 18% more hyrdrated and redness reduced by 44 %. They also say spider veins will be reduced by 21 % in four weeks and 34% in eight weeks. They also say it could help reduce flare ups and the damage they cause. I think this is probably true and would recommend it to anyone who is newly diagnosed. So I am at the end of week one. Dermalex definitly suits my skin as a moisturiser. The redness was not reduced in minutes but has certainly reduced to the point where I catch myself in the mirror and think I look quite pale. It's no magic cure but for redness reduction alone I would certainly by it again.Update - 28/04/13 - I have now been using this product for two weeks. So far it has significantly reduced my spider veins.Further update - 11.05.13 - have been using this product for one month. Does not perform miracles but really does visibly reduce spider veins and helps a little with redness. However, went to Boots today two buy some more and notice the price has gone up to £18.98 !! A lot of money for a 30g tube.G

The only product I will use for PLME
I suffer from a skin sensitivity to UV light called Polymorphic Light Eruption, and have used this product for 10 years since being recommend it by a pharmacist.Plme doesn't generally have many products dedicated to it, as it's a rare sensitivity that causes rashes and irritation when the warmer weather comes out on the areas that often see the sun - like hands, cheeks and arms. I use this product to assist in the "hardening" process with PLME - allowing your skin to flare up in order to climatise to the higher UV light exposure in summer months - and I couldn't do it without dermalex.I often flare up with mild to medium rashes on my cheeks and arms in late spring early summer normally from spending time in the garden, and then use this cream to sooth the itching and reduce the rash. During the first flare up, I cover the rash in dermalex to sooth it and then wear light natural clothes as to not further expose the rash to the sun whilst it heals, and once gone (normally in a matter of days owing to dermalex) I am able to be in the sun again rash free for the whole summer.Dermalex has a wonderful fresh, rose like smell, and a novelty pale green scent that acts as a barrier and reduces redness - perfect for hiding the unsightly rashes.I can't confirm it's efficacy as a rosacea cream, though it does reduce the redness of my rash, but I couldn't live without it as a PLME sufferer. It's expensive for the small amount, but I've not found a product better, and I tend to only need 1 bottle per annum, so it's worth it in my opinion!

Terrible
Absolute waste of money. Since reaching the menopause My face has become a little blotchy. Thought this would be good to try and reduce the redness. My face came up in huge sore lumps, really angry looking. I used the smallest amount for three days and it just got worse and worse, so stopped using it and the lumps went. Not only that, as that complaint may just be that it did not agree with my skin. But the tube also feels almost empty, each of the three times I used it I had to bang the tube against my hand to get the cream to come out. Simply squeezing the tube did not release any product. I think the amount of product in the tube is minimal.Tried to return the product but was told that this was not possible. An expensive waste of money.

Suffering from Rosacea for the past 5 years, with ...
Suffering from Rosacea for the past 5 years, with breakouts of spots spreading across my face lasting for months at a time. I had tried many creams and was prescribed antibiotic metro gel (which seemed to help for a few months before becoming ineffective). I discovered Dermalex in April, and after a few weeks, my skin cleared up, and has been clear ever since. I use Dermalex twice daily as a moisturiser before applying a mineral powder foundation (such as Bare minerals) I no longer have to hide under thick liquid foundations (which also clog up the pores) and can quite confidently do the school run without wearing any make up at all. Apart from the benefits to the symptoms of rosacea, this cream makes my skin feel smooth and soft, and I am not missing using mainstream moisturisers. Yes, Dermalex can work out quite pricey, being as I get through a tube a month, however, I don't need to buy any other cream, and the benefits are worth the expense.update - nearly 8 years later from starting with Dermalex, I haven't had ANY rosacea spot breakouts. My skin is always clear. I used to get frequent breakouts that would last weeks at a time, I've never looked back!
