I Love This set!!! I get neurological pain and discomfort. The worst part is that when it gets so bad, that no matter what I do, I cannot stop the sensations, and I am not able to rest or sleep. It feels like I have something on/in me that I need to rearrange or remove, but there is nothing there to remove. It’s extremely frustrating, to say the least. It’s nice and thick and hasn’t gotten matted down like other cheaply made ones do. I am very pleased with this purchase and I recommend it to anyone looking for pain & neurological relief. I am very happy with this purchase. Matt is amazing for the price. Well made (strong), easy to use, clear instructions, looks good and makes me feel very good after a couple of minutes of using it. At first it hurts as usual but eventually it helps a lot with pain and does what it intends. I feel more relax after using it.

This works for me especially when i combine it with the supplement DLPA that helps the endorphins build up. I also put heat pads under the pads, put a weighted blanket over me and play relaxing music. Im happy with the quality of these pads and glad i bought this one over others even though i haven't tried others and i know this is mire expensive than some others. I just want it to work and it does for me so im happy with it. Although My friend did not get relief when she tried it but she didn't combine it with the other supportive tools.

I had been wanting a pranamat for over a year but just couldn't justify spending close to 400/500$ on one. I randomly decided to look on amazon for a mat and see what they had.. I found so many options but loved that this was linen and such a good price for a full set! ITS SUPER NICE AND GOOD QUALITY. It really helps to relieve pain and discomfort. My husband uses it and my 4.5 year old son loves it. I plan to use this mat as a distraction technique during my labor in a few days. Definitely recommend this brand!
