Great for the Money!
I recommend this. We used it for a birthday party with an 8" Disco ball and it worked great. We tied it to an existing light in a small room with some other party lights and the little colored LEDs still kinda showed up on the wall. I don't think they would show up in a medium or large room but for the money it seems to have a great motor and I believe the disco ball should have one or two spotlights on it anyway. Also I packed it in my suitcase and forgot to take out the batteries - at some point during the flight it got bumped and switched on and the chain tangled up (I was worried that I broke it), but once I unraveled the chain it still worked worked great!

Awesome! Zero regret!
This motor and a 6" disco ball from Five Below turned my 10yo daughters bedroom into a disco roller boogie. This thing really works great and the lighting patterns it throws on the walls and ceiling are AWESOME. I scored BIG dad points with this purchase. You'll love it!

Horrible Product!
This was a rip off! Did not come with any instructions, the remote is missing, a screw that holds the battery compartment closed is missing and it does NOT rotate, although it says it should. I would NOT recommend buying this product!

So cool! But inconvenient switch
First, let me say this works, and it is so cute! But there is one major flaw… The switch is on the device which is hung from the ceiling…. So every time we want to use it, we have to climb on a stool to turn it on.

Too fast for disco
Great idea! Chain is long because the lights need the room to shine down or you only get the top. Unfortunately, my ceiling is only 8 feet and we had to shorten it.Blinking lights only work with a new battery. When I redo it, I'll buy a 1 rpm motor and shine the lights on it from the sides

No Remote but Still Good
No remote, it’s operated by a switch. Spins well and the lights are fun. 3 AA Batteries needed.

Good purchase
The media could not be loaded. I was unsure if I was going to buy this because it wasn’t any review’s about the rotating motor I’m glad I did I’m enjoying will order again
