Instructions Step 1. Place the base on a solid and horizontal foundation. Step 2. Plug in the power supply, and touch the switch once, the electromagnetic control will be active. Step 3. Lower the globe to its magnetic balance point which will be around 2 cm above the center of the base. Step 4. Once you feel that you have reached the balance point you can begin to gently release your hold of the lower part of the globe. If it falls, please start over from step 3 again. Step 5. Satefellow's real help and globe review.
I have tried everything I know to leave seller feedback for SATEFELLOW. Somehow there is a link issue and I cannot get his "review" page to come up, even tho I know its there. (Hopefully Amazon can fix this) So first, about Satefellow. He has been one of the most kind and helpful sellers I have ever bought from. When my globe arrived and there was a minor issue, He had it replaced and at my house within 48 hours. When a product is not right when it arrives, my test of the seller has always been how much he/she jumped into the issue and corrected it. Satefellow did immediately. I've had other interactions with him as well, all positive. I would buy from him again, and anyone can do so with complete confidence. (I don't know him, never met him, don't even know where he sells from)Now the globe. I was shocked at the size of the globe itself...much larger than I expected. The countries on the map were many and well placed. The globe has a look of "high quality" and could be placed anywhere such as at home, office, etc; nothing to be ashamed of. It takes a while to learn how to balance it so it levitates. I've seen people send theirs back out of frustration. I own two of these, and once you conquer the challenge it will be much easier next time. Patience is really a great virtue however, and will be necessary until you learn how to balance the globe. The globe should spin counter clockwise. If it does not, use both hands and give it a gentle spin. Overall its a really great product. I finally settled on the dark blue globe; it is a DARK, DEEP blue color and very attractive. I('m waiting for them to start selling the planets next!

Nice art piece.
Yup. Nice little art piece. It slowly rotates. The base lighting isn’t as warm as in the photos. It’s a little colder than I’d like.
