Have made japchae with these noodles many times...the texture is so springy and nice...

try to boil and rinse the noodles and mix with dark soy sauce, schezwan sauce, ketchup, pizza oregano and a half boiled egg with runny yoke. trust me you wont regret it. tastes like heaven. ☺
