RPJC 5x7 Inch Picture Frame Made of Solid Wood High Definition Glass for Table Top Display and Wall Mounting Photo Frame White

The area for the 5" x 7" picture is less than 5 and less than 7. I had to cut my picture down to fit. Really, more than how good a product looks or even how well it's made, if it doesn't meet the primary specification, what else matters? I read another review where someone else posted that the frame is the wrong size, but I ignored it because so many other people liked the frame. Do the frames come out in different sizes at different times of the week? Who knows, but if you fail at the one thing that matters most, you only get one star.

You get what you pay for.Pros:1) It's solid & very well made. No loose connections at the corners.2) The glass is thin but still feels solid, and it arrived in one piece with no scratches.3) It's very easy to get the picture in & out.4) The stand is strong, and I think it's magnetic (maybe it's not, but it definitely locks very strongly to the back). It's also attached to the back with a cord, to keep it from breaking free.Cons:1) The picture lies about half an inch deep, which is distracting and causes shadows if placed near a light. In the end, I suppose it would help prevent the glass from breaking if it falls, but I don't like it.2) The back has the normal sliders to hold the cardboard mat in place, but only on 3 sides. It's not like it broke off or anything, the frame was simply designed with nothing there, and is completely loose. That may not sound like a problem since most of the edges are secure, but it's extremely noticeable when looking closely at the picture that it's not lying completely flat.3) The stand is not adjustable at all, with only one setting, and it's almost vertical. Not very good if you want to place the picture on an angle (which I have). Don't place it near the edge of a table, as it will fall off easily if it's bumped.4) It cuts off about a quarter of an inch of the picture on each side. Fortunately, there wasn't much going on at the edges of mine, but keep that in mind.5) The hooks to hang it on the wall look very cheap & thin. Fortunately, I'm just putting it on a desk.6) It's definitely not wood. Not a problem for me, but some may not happy.All in all, if you're looking for an inexpensive frame, and don't care about all of the cons I listed, I suppose I'd recommend this.

Great! However leaving 4 stars because when we hung the frame up on the wall a small portion of the stand shows. Not as huge deal cuz I’m not picky but seems like it shouldn’t show if there’s a hook to hang it up vs stand it on a flat surface.

Very nicely made black painted photo frames. Easily adjustable to hang vertically or horizontally. Large, tethered kickstand for desk or table placement - again, horizontally or vertically. Very well thought out design. Wall attachments are narrow (3 divots) and close to the back; use thin topped nails to hang. Will not attach to a panhead or round head screw. Drywall screws work quite well with their thin edge. Light weight, should not need any wall anchors to hold these up.Ordered 3 in black, and all three match. Smooth, even paint. No blemishes or flaws.Rotating clips to remove the fiberboard back - no pliers needed! Clear, clean glass. Well packaged for shipping and a good value for the money. Have bought 4, will buy more. Definitely my 'go to' 8x10 frame now.

Overall, I liked what I saw when this arrived and I took it out of the packaging. Plenty of padding, box in a box, nothing broken. Then I turned it over to insert a landscape oriented picture and saw that the hanger for that side was not even centered! If you want a picture hanging in portrait mode, it'd have worked. I didn't want this, and it didn't work for my purpose. Yes, you can use the included stand, but I had plans on just where and how this picture would be displayed. Very disappointed.

This frame is great! I put a small art print in it, which I had to cut down a little because the print wasn't a true 5x7. The frame was packaged well, and survived shipping perfectly. It's really sturdy, and it has a real glass pane, which is also great. IMPORTANT NOTE: With mine, I had trouble getting the back to fit back in at first. BUT, I realized I was doing it wrong. It doesn't fit straight back in like you might expect. The vertical dimension of the back is slightly too long, but it's purposeful. You slide the top edge in first, and THEN it fits. This is not a problem, it seems to make the frame even sturdier than it might be normally.Please keep in mind the price of this frame when you buy it. It's composite wood, yes, but it has a smooth cover that is sleek and looks great (I got black, so I can't vouch for the other colors). The corners are tight and solid. I'm leaning mine, and the kickstand is a little bulky, but it's also really sturdy, it might just need to be broken in a little to get it to lean to your liking, which is fine. I would recommend it to anyone, honestly, who is looking for a good frame at this size for cheap.

I bought the 5x7 frame. Nice quality, the black color is rich and no variations or inconsistencies in the coloring. The way you put a picture it in is very easy.

I’m very satisfied with my purchase. THE HANGING CLIPS ARE MOVABLE. YOU CAN MOVE THEM TO LEVEL THE FRAME.I noticed in another review the buyer incorrectly stated they couldn’t hang the frame because the hanging clips weren’t centered, and the frame would be tilted. They included a picture that showed their frame was the same as mine.Unlike other frames, this design with movable hanging clips is innovative. Say you have a diploma, and upon graduation, you got a Phi Beta Kappa key on a necklace. On a different frame, you wouldn’t be able to hang the necklace off the corner like some graduates like to do. It would tilt those other frames. With this frame, you would just move the hanging clip, which is what I did.Since the other review is misleading, I reported it to Amazon. Fourteen people found it helpful, and were thus misled by it, which is unfortunate. Hopefully, that review will be taken down.My suggestion to the seller is to include graphic instructions regarding the clips.

When I took this item out of the box the glass was in pieces. I would have thought if you're selling something breakable you would package it better with more protective material so it would not break. I guess that would be wishful thinking.

This is a simple and classical frame, stylish and does not distract from the photograph, rather, it enhances the photograph.

Looks and feels high quality. The back had a couple chips in it but of course you will not see so it didn't bother me.
