Taking two tablets became a regular morning routine after breakfast. Easy to swallow, just the right size. Perfect dosage and formula that works for me. After 3 weeks of regular usage noticeable energy level increase even during stressful moments. Highly recommended.

CoQ10 for migraine
I have been taking these for about a month or so to try and help prevent migraines. I haven't noticed any difference in this regard yet but it may be too soon to see such results. The tablets are a good size, easy to swallow and good value. Will be buying again to trial long term.

Excellent Ubiquinol With MCT
I Have Tried Many Different Brands Of Ubiquinol CoQ-10 And Found This Particular Product Excellent With Added Vitamin E Plus Omegas 3-6-9It Has Been Quite Difficult To Find A Good CoQ-10 That Uses MCT Instead Of Vegetable Oil Which Isn’t The Most Healthy Way Of Taking TheseI Have A Heart Condition Of Which I Have Been Encouraged To Take Ubiquinol CoQ-10 To Help To Support My Particular Heart DiseaseI Am Extremely Pleased That I Have Found This Active Form Of CoQ-10 And Also Very Impressed With This Product.This Is A Five Star Product For Me Of Which I Highly Recommend.
