Hooke Road Front Bumper Full Width Climber Bumper w/D-Rings & LED Lights for 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK & Unlimited 2/4-Door

I really like the look of this bumper. The Fit is good. The lights in the bumper work well, although I am sure they are not the best. Couple of issues. Bumper needs to be better packaged. The Bumper had wiggled loose in transit causing one minor blemish on the bumper. I used touch up paint and that corrected the issue. If you are looking for a bumper without a Winch, then you should consider this one. Price does not hurt either. Included hardware worked perfectly and installed with ease. I installed by myself and did not need anyone to help.

I gave this 5 stars because the way the bumper are made and the welds all look great. As far as installation it's a easy install mechanical and with electrical a little bit harder. Fog lights if you hook up to old fog lights easy. The light bar will required independent wiring and another switch in the cab.Shipping-not there best, the box was broken at both ends, they wrap bumper in a plastic bag, should be buddle wrap and extra cardboard on the ends to protect finish. update 11/19 for the holes in bumper I went to lowes got plastic caps to cover themUpdate 7/6/20 still looking as good as new, just buy plastic plugs to cover bolt holes that the supplier should do to complete the look for a great bumper.

Heavy duty metal. Fog lights are on the cheap side but they are bright. Packaging is horrible. So surprised the bumper was not damaged during transit. Great value!

No negative comment. Construction is excellent and well worth the money. Looks GREAT!!!

My jeep is totally white, so i had purchased the bumper with the intention of spraying it white. Powder coating is not an issue, however I saw no mention of it being a textured finish. This is proving to be difficult to find someone to paint it.In addition the packaging was none existent, a plain box with a small wedge of Styrofoam at either end. The box was torn to pieces leaving the bumper with a scrape down to the metal. This also has left it impossible to drive it around protected. These might appear small issues to some, but have created large obstacles for me.

Overall, I think the steel is pretty heavy duty. I like the look and the price was ok, too. What I don’t like is the sub par packaging. I’ve read other reviews that stated the same. Since I waited to open and install my front and rear bumpers, I can no longer return these items. Honestly, I do t think the replacements would be any better. For now, I’m spray painting the corners of both bumpers, and the tow rings of the front bumper. Time will tell, but I’llbe really upset if my painted areas begin to rust! I’ll move these three stars to a one star at that point!

Love it very easy to install

I research the replacement of my son's 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited front bumper for weeks and determined that you had one of the best looking products. Upon delivery the bumper itself lived up to the pictures and my expectation. BUT the manufacturer needs to improve on a few simple things; (1) the box was in terrible shape and lucky that the actual bumper was not damaged (looks like the thick plastic bag it was wrapped in saved it), (2) with the box being damaged there where missing bolts and nuts (but the manufacturer did respond with replacement parts within a week), (3) the installation instructions where poor and provided little to no detail on the installation, and (4) there are no instructions on how to wire the fog lights. If these simple things can be fixed then you would get a five star rating.
