Made from quality ingredients which is what I was looking for. Definitely a holistic remedy. The only negative is the taste is so strong it’s hard to get down. But if you know that going in, you can get through it quickly.

This stuff is the worst tasting stuff on the planet. It tastes like someone mixed dirty water with nail polish remover, I'd imagine, BUT it works. So if you can have a glass of milk next to you (like someone suggested below) and chug it immediately after it will make your cough go away, but there is nothing pleasant about the taste. BUT AS SOMEONE who always seems to have a cough, it works great.

I had a summer chest cold and it was not going away. A lady I work with at a different company recommended this. She said that she had a similar cough and that a co-worker had recommended this to her. So I ordered the bottle and gave it a try. I will warn everyone that the company name is not a blind or advertising gimmick. The product is extracts from medicinal leaves and other plant based material extracted with a solution of ethanol. I believe that the proof of the product is about 60 or so. That being said, I can report that the product lives up to it's name. There is a included measuring cap in the package. The product is difficult to measure out. It tends to flow quickly and the bottle could do with some re-design in the pouring neck. I achieved success in using a medicinal syringe to extract the liquid and ingest it. I have reordered in preparation of the next onslaught.

OH GOD. this stuff is NASTY NASTY NASTY. i keep a small cup of milk ready to chug after shooting this. BUT.... it works. I could breathe and my nose was open within 10 minutes of taking it.I repeat, the taste is like drinking 3 week old vase water. BUT IT WORKS.

I use to drink Theraflu when I felt a little sick. Then, there was a period of recall, and I couldn't find it anywhere. I tried a couple of other flu medication, but they all seem to mild.Don't know if Theraflu is back in stock, but I always keep a stock of Urban Moonshine at hand. I take the Clear Chest Syrup on nights when I get continuous bedtime cough. I take one spoon before bed, and combine it with keeping the throat spray next to my bed. I get better faster by getting a good night's sleep.

This product tastes pretty bad - most herbal remedies seem to do so, but it works! It broke up my congestion in a day. I had been coughing for nearly two weeks, and not able to get sleep at night. I took one dose the morning I got the product, and one the same night before I went to bed. Slept more than five hours for the first time since I got the cold. Amazing.
