These steak knives look so attractive! They look so close to the real Laguiole at a fraction of the price! They have a nice weight to them and are very well made. The blade cut extremely well. The handle is made of wood and therefore it would be better for these knives not to be placed in a dishwasher even though mine have been placed there before by accident and are holding up very nicely. I have 2 sets. The first one I liked so much that I just ordered and received a new set. Still not disappointed!

I gave these as a gift to my daughter and she loves them. They do the job, but are also quite beautiful and come in a nice box.

I bought these knives as a house warming gift for my son. I liked the so much l had to buy a set for myself. They cut like butter. The shape is very elegant and beautiful overall.

The knife is great BUT it is not dishwasher safe as described. The wood finish wearing off within a few days. I did return them, waiting for refund. I plan to buy again but HAND wash only.

These knives are fantastic for the money. They came nicely packaged, are super unique, and cut steak exceptionally well. I have had low quality steak knives in the past and these are decidedly not. The people complaining that these are not the "original" made in France Laguiole knives need to get over themselves, this $30 steak knife set has been widely reviewed as one of the best available regardless of price point. The small serrations make a super clean cut but will not require frequent sharpening like many of its competitors. The only knock on this product is that it will slide onto your plate because of its weight and small profile so it should be kept off to the side when not in use. Because of its small tip it can remove meat from a bone with surgical precision. There are other great steak knives out there but if you want this style you should not hesitate to go with this set.

These knives are terrific and a great bargain! I bought a 2nd set just to have on hand. The quality of workmanship is is very high. Because these beautiful knives are hand manufactured, they need to be hand wash after using. A house guest cleared the table one night and unbeknownst to me, put the knives in the dishwasher. They still have that beautiful finish and as far as I can tell, the blade is still sharp. No harm done this time but I will be more diligent when guests want to help with clearing the table and washing the dishes.
