Been using this product for awhile and it works on keeping my blood pressure in check.

I don't post many reviews but after trying this to lower our blood pressure, I just had to. My husband is on BP medication and slowly over the past 6 years, it has crept up. My BP basically stays low 120/70 but the past several months, it has been higher on a consistent basis. We are 68 years old and am very conscientious about what we eat and stay active in order to remain independent. I ordered this and took one per day for a week and my BP came back down to where I wanted it to be. I can now take one a week to do that. I really like that idea. My husband I had to increase his to 1 in the morning and 1 at night and within 2 days, it came down to be within normal, healthy limits. We check our BP every day and I have to say that this is a product that works and what I really like about it is that we can back off the dose when BP is where we want it to be.We eat a "real food" diet which is basically Paleo - Meats, seafood, chicken with vegetables, fruits and no processed foods or anything with gluten in them. No sugar products. We made a choice to take responsibility of our own health and we feel good with our choices.

I took this product several months in a row. Blood Pressure has never been better. Some side effects that I noticed while taking were heavy legs, fatigue, and before stopping altogether, I noticed the heart rate dropping below 50 for a good part of my day. I’m 34 and somewhat active, but have struggled with high Blood Pressure in the past, so just some things to consider before purchasing. I’ve stopped taking it now for a week, blood pressure has held steady and heart rate is back up to acceptable levels.

I've tried a lot of things to keep my blood pressure under control naturally without having to resort to prescription meds. This is the first thing I've tried that seems to noticeably work. My systolic was pretty consistently in the 140's to 150's and it was not unusual to see it get into the 160's. My diastolic ran anywhere from around 86 to 96. I've been taking Carditone now for about 5 months. Although my BP occasionally jumps up to higher levels when I'm stressed, with Carditone it now tends to run about 116 to 135 systolic (usually in the 120's) and almost always in the 70's diastolic. That's a noticeable improvement for me. My only adverse side effect seems to be some nasal congestion, which I remember reading can be a side effect for some. Maybe it will eventually subside. But I prefer to deal with nasal congestion than HBP, so I'm sticking with Carditone. For me, it's been a real help in normalizing my blood pressure and keeping me off prescription meds.

This pill works awesomely

This is an awesome product! It really works! We had no side effects, except way lower blood pressure and heart rate , we both feel a lot better . It brought our numbers down to around 116/68 range, from being in the 145/ 95 range. It is a game changer and way better than other chemical products that actually hurt your body .

Works but gives you really bad dreams you remember, so I quit taking them. That is one of the side affects. I don't want those kinds of dreams, I mean really bad death type dreams.
