Product works great!!!

I bought this product because I wanted to see inside my ears and remove any ear wax safely and comfortably. I was impressed by how easy it was to set up and use. The app connected to the device quickly and showed me a clear image of my ear canal on my phone. The device has two modes: ear pick and tweezer. I used the ear pick mode first and it was very gentle and effective. The tweezer mode was also useful for grabbing larger pieces of wax.I would recommend this product to anyone who wants to take care of their ears at home or on the go. It is much better than using cotton swabs or other tools that can damage your ears or push the wax deeper.

This product is very cool and it was very simple and easy to use. You are able to take photos and videos of the I side of your ear to show your doctor or track to see if things are getting better or worse. The end of the tool can be used to scrape the inside of the ear. There are small rubber sleeves that go on the end of the tool for when you use it to scrape. The light on the tool is bright. Unfortunately the end of my tool snapped semi easily, just thankful it wasn't in an ear when it did. I would certainly consider buying another if earaches become an issue again. The ratings on this review ask for 1-5 stars for suction power, this particular tool has no suction power, however I do believe it deserves a good rating over all. I am giving it a 3 stars for it's scraping power because it's a good tool, but it broke too easily in my opinion considering it could have broken like that in an ear.

I bought this for my son as a Christmas stocking stuffer. He has always been plagued with heavy wax buildup in his ears ever since he was a child. (He's 32) He goes through Q-tips like crazy. And he still has discomfort!! I read that using Q-tips is bad for the ears. When I saw this tool for the ears and it comes with a camera to see in your ears and tools to get wax removed, I thought WOW. My son loves THIS gadget! He is impressed with camera and can see the yucky wax left in his ear. The tool enables him to remove the hardest pieces of wax!! They come out easily and you can see with camera what you are removing and doing.!! My son said it is easy to set up and to use!!! But it is Gross what comes out of his ears!! I would recommend this product, especially if you are bothered by waxy built up in your own ears!

This product charges fast and has a very clear picture while using the app. The issue I have is with the overall design. It would be better to have a removable "scraper/scoop" at the end to see inside the ear better. It's hard to get a non-obstructed picture because you have to not only maneuver through the ear canal but also position the device just right so the scoop is not in the way. The end of the scoop is not comfortable and hurts when you try to gently move the end against the skin. So, I could see inside the ear and (with difficulty) see if there were any large amounts of wax obstructing the ear, but I couldn't make any progress cleaning the ear out.

Some models have a scraper tip that can be removed, leaving only the light and camera. This one does not come off, so it's always there, sometimes in the way, but still very useful. I think there's a setting that allows you to reverse the camera, which makes it easier to control for most people. It's a little counterintuitive initially. The light is bright, rechargable (so no disposable batteries), it uses a USB C charging cable, and the app allows you to record still shots and video. Incredibly great deal for the price. Didn't feel immensely sturdy, but it isn't garbage either. with average infrequent use, it will probably work for years.

I needed to see what was going on inside my crackling ears. I manage visible ear hair with appropriate tools but, approaching 60, I started to hear sounds like cotton or similar stuck in my ears. There was no visible anything observed by friends and family invited to take a close look. Using this product was both eye-opening and frightening. Deep inside my ear was a forest of hair, otherwise invisible. The images in real-time were clear and indisputable. Patiently probing my ears deeply with a common cone-shaped rotary hair trimmer ultimately addressed the issue confirmed by both the crackling sound going away and verification by re-camera-ing my ears. This device gave me insights that I otherwise wouldn't have. Highly recommended for this purpose.
