BEWARE SCAM..!!
This is not a VEVOR unit. I contacted the Vevor for support on this item, and they said is not from them..! Beware buyers with this seller…. The unit works but just for a few months… and the acrilic cone last only a month.!

Arrived with issues and damage
The media could not be loaded. I’m not sure why it has a water line when it does not support water use but actually has water in it. The center panel is bowed so the panel pops when the auger goes up and down. Numerous dents and bows in the machine. I feel as if this was returned once and resent out. I purchased it because it said fulfilled by Amazon. It took 3 days longer to get and now it says you have to deal with vevor. Sadly they have zero customer service. We’ll see what happens.

Worked for a while but motor gave out.
Motor gave out, I tried to use my protection plan but I cannot get a hold of anyone to get this issue fixed. Lower quality build I would say.

The motor gave out in less than a year
Don’t buy this! Motor gave out after 5 uses. It was also louder than a freight train. Not worth the money. Buyer beware.
