It's been one month with no change. One Diurex pill would give you better results than a whole jar of this stuff. These taste and smell terrible and the color of the gummies is concerning.

It took about two weeks, and I took them consistently, before they kicked in. But when they kicked in, they WORKED. 4 stars because the cramps were uncomfortable. But bearable. They dont look as good as they taste, but that's a trade off ill take for no artificial junk.

Works great. Helps with bloating anytime of the day. I’ve bought this a few times. My local pharmacy has it too but it sells out quickly.
