Arrived broken, rusted, missing screw. Front scratched. Shipping box was in good condition, so this did not occur due to shipping.

Love the brand ! Perfect for my decor

I’ve purchased 2 of these already and both have come poorly packaged and damaged. The first came with scratches all over and only 2 out of 3 screws in the back. The second came with similar scratches and only 1 screw! The other 2 screw holes were large and worn like the screws were ripped out. I’ve notified Amazon, and they said this is a common complaint for this item. I’m not risking ordering a 3rd despite how much I love the piece.

This piece is well made. I like the size. I had to find a place to put it once it arrived. It is not the gold color I was hoping for. It’s more of a shiner mustard color. I stuck in in a hallway art niche away from bateaux light. It looks just fine where it is now. In the Sun, it was very yellow.

My nephew and niece loved the piece for their new house. Received very promptly.

Item was well packed , arrived in good conditions , it is a good size, well executed with the exception of the metal base finish . It is a gold painted metal bracket that holds the wood circle well but the gold finish was damaged , somehow it had a extra non scratch foam pad glued on the top so when removed it took the gold paint off the base , we had to paint the metal base black so removed the back screws and light sanded it , paint it black , looks much better than the scratched gold .Thats why the star rating was not higher given the fact that we had to refinished it adding an extra cost . Hope is not a recurrent issue , might hinder the value to other buyers not able or willing to take that extra refinishing step on a brand new item.
