Love this salad/fruit knife. Sharp, plastic so it doesn’t turn my lettuce or fruits brown. Highly recommend!!!

Does the Job, but not comfortably.
Works to prevent oxidation in leafy greens (lettuce, cabbage…) but the handle is very thin to the point where it becomes uncomfortable to use for anything more than a head of romaine. I ended up wrapping a kitchen towel around the handle, and that made it a lot better to use.

Works like a dream
Sharper than I expected. Works great> Nice grip. Has a strip of rubbish material on handle to help gripping when wet. Love it!!!
