Rebuilt a 40 year old jack. A parts diagram was included which was helpful but it is worth watching a YouTube video before starting the rebuild.

Back to life after 25years
Can't even remember when I bought this jack. Way back when, I was a Sears tool guy and liked their stuff. I bought this mainly for working on my own cars and trucks (back when you could sit on the wheel fender and reach down grab a part). The jack started to leak oil and just did not work properly anymore. After a while I just gave up on doing my own maintenance when I could not see the ground through the engine compartment any longer. So, my jack just sat for 25 years. Last winter, I decided to see if there were parts for the jack. If I could not find any to repair it, I was going to trash it. The jack is heavy and built like a tank. Unfortunately, the hydraulic parts not so much. Well, I ran across this kit, and it looked like it had what I needed. I figured I would get in and try repairing the jack the next spring or summer. So, I dragged it out and gave it a shot. The kit had everything in it that I needed. Most everything in the jack's hydraulic system seemed to be in fairly good shape but I replaced everything that I could with the new stuff. There were a couple of old plastic pieces that just crumbled, and I knew that this was the problem, and the kit had these parts in it. I would recommend finding a YouTube video on repairing one of these specific jacks. I am not sure I could have figured out how to get some of it apart. I would also recommend cleaning everything thoroughly. Mine had all kinds of crude in it. Once put back together and filled with oil, it works again. Amazing after 25+ years. Of course, now I am kinda wondering what to do with it since I don't work on my trucks more. Anyway, the kit had all the parts I needed. I wish the kit would have had a new rubber oil hole cap. Mine looks a little brittle and may not last much longer. I only hope that they will last and hold up. Probably would not repair it again. Not worth the cost of the kit to do it again. Added some pics (before I cleaned it up) of my jack so that you know what model I have.

Perfect seal kit for a Sears 2 ton jack
I came across a youtube video on how to overhaul a Sears 2 ton jack. It was the same jack I had and he included this seal kit. I followed his video and this kit is perfect to replace the bad seals in my jack and now it works as good as new. I thought the price was a bit high for some seals but they beat buying a new jack

Decent kit but overpriced
This kit includes everything you need and more. Unfortunately some of it did not work with 2 ton sears jack and is a bit overpriced. Mine is model 328 12160. The two most important parts are the oil seals. All of these parts are common and can be sourced elsewhere with a little research. I had extra o rings and flat rubber seals in the kit that I didn’t need leading me to think I made a mistake. Probably made for multiple units. The two copper washers were too thick causing me to reuse the old ones. Also the plastic split spacers were not the right size even though having multiple sizes causing me to again reuse the old part. Convenient but overpriced and some parts unnecessary.

Best way to go if your Jack is Jacked!
Super way to solve a lift issue. If your lift will not stay in position or lift any weight, try replacing your inner seals before trashing it and buying a new one.The whole process took 25 minutes or less. Pretty easy!
