Q: Why doesn't this come with the 10-pin i2s audio cable?

The current PiKVM OS does support audio. It has for a while now. Just no cable or support from Geekworm. I'm giving them a shot to respond but I'm likely returning this thing.

Q: Is it possible to use this without ATX and only the power adapter?

The ATX component is used to control the power on/off of the PC you are connected to. The ATX does not power the Geekworm KVM-A3. The Geekworm KVM-A3 is powered via USB-C power.

Q: How many computers can you control from a single pikvm?

As designed it controls one computer. It connects directly to the target computer via HDMI (video) and a special USB cable (remote keyboard) as well as the front panel power controls for remote computer on/off control. Although I have never done it (and this may not work properly), perhaps the HDMI and USB control can be switched between computers with a traditional KVM for video/keyboard control but the power control cables are for one computer only.
