It works more like a stool softner for me, which I'm not complaining considering I had problems being constipated due to all the medication I am on. Ive been taking these now for about a month and I take one every night before I go to bed and it helps me go without any cramping. So like I said, it's more like a stool softer than a colon cleanse....

May not work.
This may not work. The recommended dosage is 1 tablet but you can take two. I was taking 3 and did not see any effects.

My roommate purchased these...we weren't impressed.Pros:~If you struggle with constipation, you wont taking these~No weird side effects~Gentle on the GI systemCons:~Does not work as advertised~Waste of moneyBottom Line:Neither of us would purchase again and would advise you saving your hard-earned money and investing in something more nutritionally beneficial...say like good-food, a BlendTec blender etc., etc.
