Got the job done
The scanner worked fine on my 2009 Impreza, pulling up the error codes that were causing the check engine light. The only issue I had was navigating the user interface on the iPhone app, which didn't seem intuitive, but got me the information I needed. I didn't look for any help text or check their website for user manuals or anything, so that's at least partly on me. Seems like a good tool at a reasonable price.

Ease of use. Plug and play. Just download the phone app.
Used it today on my used, but new to me, truck. It worked as intended. Full download and diagnostic of error codes. Was able to send to my email so I can refer to and show the mechanic.

The scanner works as expected with a Pixel phone
The scanner works as expected and is easy to attach and connect to Bluetooth on my Android phone. I was able to diagnose the check engine light on a 2006 Toyota Highlander Hybrid. The app seems a bit outdated but works OK.

Great OBD Bluetooth scanner, once it's connected.
I bought this to match with the CVT app to monitor the cvt on my newly acquired 2016 Nissan altima. This generally works well. But like the other reviews, connectivity can be an issue at times. Usually early in the drive. It never connects on the first try. It tries, but doesn't.It's like it takes about 5-10 minutes to fully boot up.But once it connects, it works great. So, yes, I recommend this device.I don't leave it connected to car. When I'm done, I remove it from the OBD port as it is a draw on the battery even with the engine off.

Great, but limited
Great product, but limited. It works perfect for the new Ford EV vehicles. But will not work for the Chevy EV’s.

worked great and saved me money at mechanic
This saved me like $1500 at the car dealer. On limited budget I found a new replacement car battery for my Murano Nissan for $107. While shopping for batteries - most quoted $250 plus - I used the car charger from Amazon which meant every night for a week my battery was dead. When I got the new battery installed the car engine sounded rough. I worked with ChatGPT to identify possible causes being all the DATA the car relies on for timing etc had been erased each time battery died.PLUS there were red engine lights. So Chat and I decided to get this little “dongle”, and working together we plugged into the car, and reset all the data.Engine warning light - gone! Chat told me to drive a week or two to let the Internet diagnostic tracking get used to my driving again.ChatGPT and this inexpensive device saved me $$$$$ which I didn’t have and now 3-4 months later it’s smooth as before. What a wonderful thing! And - I’m a semi retired female who does not repair cars!!
