I have researched posture correctors for a while. I noticed with my new job I am slouching consistently and it gets worse throughout the day. I wear a computer and another bag all day, probably a good ten pounds. By the time I get home my back is killing me and sleeping on my side or back hurts.When I was researching I wanted comfortable straps with descrete colors. I didn't want any metal parts or stiff parts. This checked all the boxes.I was excited when it came in the mail. I put it on and it was very easy to adjust. I wore it all day the next day. Initial I was sore and I could feel my abs working. (Benefit I didn't realize was going to happen) My posture started to change within a few days, by that I mean when a I took off the corrector at night my shoulders stayed back and my back was straight.I wear it everyday and it has helped with my back pain from wearing my work gear and standing all day. I am not sore at night anymore. I can sleep better because I am not in pain when I go to sleep.Thank you for such a comfortable, well structured product!! My back appreciates it!

I was very excited to start using this contraption after I read so many good things about it. I can't actually tell you if it works or not because I can't put it on and there are no instructions. If you aren't good at figuring out mazes and puzzles this is probably going to frustrate you as it did me. Makes me sad because I really wanted to use it, it sounds like a great product, if only it were easy to figure out how to wear it...😌

Very uncomfortable and annoying. The strap under the arms is bulky and awkward and painful after only a few minutes. Will be returning this item.

This might help those who have a wider build. This product just didn't fill my expectations sadly. It had good intentions but it was uncomfortable under the armpit and cut off circulation to my arms, even when it was at its loosest while still pulling my shoulders back. Just couldn't imagine wearing this comfortably while at work.

Sometimes I put this on just so I can relax into the slump. Not very easy to put on without help, but I still enjoy how it feels.
