When I initially purchased this, an empty package arrived. However their customer service was very polite, apologetic, and prompt in correcting their error and shipping me the towel rack free of additional charge.Overall I am pleased with my purchase - it serves its function with a clean, minimalist aesthetic that only looks slightly cheap. Basically it's a chrome (metal?) bar, and what turns out to be a chrome-imitative pad that has a sticky back. The towel bar part attaches to the pad by these plastic slots, and honestly that was the most frustrating part, trying to wedge the rack into the plastic slots without bending the pad too much.Once combined, you just peel the protective sticky cover, revealing a sticky side that smells vaguely of super glue, and slap it onto whatever surface you want. Holds fast. I use it to hold your standard sized hand towel and there's no concern of it sagging or peeling off the wall.Thanks!

Moments after this arrived today in my new apartment, I took it out of the box. It comes in two simple pieces. One with a flat area and peel-off adhesive backing and the metal rack. I was absolutely amazed at how easy it was to install and how sturdy it is, even with my oversized wet towel hanging from it. The adhesive is very strong and secure. Even though the rod at first seemed too thin, it is the perfect size!

Followed installation directions but adhesive seemed to be dry upon unpacking. Wouldn't stick to wall for more than 20 seconds, even with proper preparation of wall location for installation. Not sure if it was an individual one that happened to be defective but I probably won't find out. Item looked good and was sized as advertised.

It's hard to tell if this uses adhesive or suction. It looks more like adhesive to me, but I haven't tried to remove the product to see if it damaged the surface. The box that it came in says that it can be removed and reapplied, but the manual says that it can't... Aside from that, the bar itself wiggles on the mount, making it feel cheap (it's clipped on and just hanging). I would have preferred it to be fixed solid.

Amazing little product. The silver wall mount is just a sticker, but it is doing the trick nicely. It does not look like a cheap stuck on appliance, but rather, it looks like a mounted towel rack. I'm well pleased.

It was bent and would not stick. I returned it.

super useful and came as ordered; adheres to the wall as a hand towel above my bathroom sink and despite the old multi layer paint on my rental house, holds in place no problem! excellent product
