Cashmere, Heritage Collection All in One Chalk Style Paint 16 oz

I love everything about this paint, The best chalk paint on the market as far as I am concerned. Just clean your project with TSP and then paint. No sanding and finally NO waxing. Just finished my kitchen cupboards with this paint.

I like the texture of this paint.

Paint is easy to use, when it dries it looks great and it dries really quick. But this is my project with 4 coats, it still doesn’t look white enough. I have added 2 more coats later and finally it’s to my liking. I’d recommend this product but keep in mind 2-3 coats won’t do if your furniture is dark. The white color is a warm one, semi matte, very pretty.

While I’ve enjoyed using this paint over the last couple years, customer service is a HUGE thing for me. I ordered their 16oz container as pictured in the listing last month. I needed another 16 oz container to finish my project. So I logged into amazon, clicked RE-order for the exact same size and color paint as I just finished using, from the previous month. A few days later an entirely different jar showed up.It’s clear as day this is NOT the same 16oz quantity of paint. My best guess is that the new container weighs more giving less paint. I contacted the seller because I genuinely thought they sent me the smaller size. After exchanging information, I was corrected that the jar I received was, in fact, the 16oz but because of jar shortages these are their new ones.While I can respect what’s currently going on, I do NOT respect no warning of product packaging changes. I also do NOT respect the exchange I had as its insinuated that I don’t know how to tell when I’ve been given the correct amount of paint.My project:2 bookcases. Exact same size. Exact same wood stained color before beginning to degloss and paint.Jar from first shipment primed AND coated bookcase, 5 shelves, and 2 shelves from other bookcase.While waiting for second jar, I primed my other bookcase and remaining 3 shelves.Second jar arrived and barely covered the (already primed) bookcase and 3 shelves.Same sponge and technique as I used with other bookcase.There is NO possible way, this second jar is the same quantity of paint. PERIOD!Buyers BEWARE...they are shorting you paint and not owning up to it. Hiding behind new jars they “had” to switch to.This is the perfect example of shady business practice. Whether their jarring switch was intentional or not, the quantity of paint is NOT the same.

While I've been impressed with the paint overall, I'm only giving this 2 stars because of how it's represented for sale. The photo is a 32 oz paint canister, but the size received is half that (16 oz) for the same price as some of the other colors, so imagine my disappointment when I thought I was paying for and getting the larger size for a couple bigger projects. This is very misleading when you have to search for the size on the jar. Not impressed.

I used this for a salon chair that had color stains on it. I waited 48 hours then I had customers that sat in the chair. The paint looked splotchy but OK. As people sat in the chair it started to look worn and one person wearing black stained it. I’m extremely disappointed in this paint. I was told and read that it was specifically used for vinyl. I don’t think I can recommend this to anyone.

Not really worth the money. I painted a cabinet with this paint and it didn't turn out any better or worse than of I had used regular paint. I bought the recommended tapered brush and roller too. I was not impressed.
