It seemed expensive for what I got, but that's what my grandson wanted. Description said 12", but it was 11". It came vacuum packed. I had to massage it for a while to puff it up.

It was well made and I felt that it was a good choice.for a child to enjoy.

Pressed for time, I ordered 2 Sonic plush toys. This one was 10.5 inches and much smaller all around, with a hanging loop on its forehead. Otherwise, similar to picture.

My kiddos love fun diving toys. These were a perfect addition to our pool toys!

I love that this set includes both upper and lower case letters, as well as being a decent size. The letters are very sturdy and solid and generally just have a nice size/weight to them. Other pluses are that it color matches letters between puzzles to help with recognition, as well as matching the letters to the boards, and when we started putting the letters back in place I also noticed that they've done a really good job shaping the letters. They look just a tad odd, but when you start placing them you realize that every letter is shaped to be unique - so "d" and "b" and "p" and "q" are all just little different and don't fit in each others slots. Overall, I felt like the letters were really well thought out and my just-turned-3 year old was able to figure out where all the letter went fairly quickly with minimal frustration (always a win!). He also has had a lot of fun taking the letters out and using them as balancing blocks to build towers which they work better for than I would have expected.Minor annoyances: The greens on the puzzles are a little off on ours. There are two shades of green - lighter and darker, and on one puzzle the difference shows up nicely, but on the other the darker green is barely a shade off the lighter green.The corner of one puzzle got bumped and started to peel a bit. Doesn't affect use, but I wish it were a little sturdier.The letters don't sit very deep, making it easy to spill letters out with a bump or while moving it. As is, the cutouts are not terrible, but if they were just a tad thicker they could be great.

I wasn’t sure if maybe it was just needing to flip up after opening but now that he is full size it is clear that the right leg was sewn on backwards. My kid doesn’t care much but it was pretty expensive to be poorly made. I will update this if the seller contacts me for replacement.

I bought this as a gift for our granddaughter. For what it is it should have cost no more than ten dollars. I bought it because that's what she wanted so I will keep itWe found one at target that's twice the size and $5 less do this one is going back
