It's a good size. I use it to mix birdseed. It's pliable which makes it easy to pour out the birdseed mix.

This tubtrug has so many uses, but I primarily use it for gardening -- to carry around seedlings to be planted, produce that has been harvested, etc. This size is also good for household items, like kids' toys (or dog toys in my household). It is very sturdy but lightweight, and easy to carry because of the strong handles. The Tubtrugs are durable; I left the small shallow one out in the hot summer sun for 2 months and it shows no signs of fading, cracking, etc. The Tubtrug is flexible, so it is comfortable to carry by your side, as compared to rigid plastic baskets. It washes easily, as well. Also, if you own multiple sizes, they stack nicely together for easy, compact storage.To help you decide which Tubtrug might be best, I have included pictures:1. I like what I ordered but since it wasn't shipped in a box, it arrived smashed down on one side. Even though it's bendable it is not going back to it's original shape as pictured.

I finely broke down and bought something plastic. This little bucket is very useful. It's light weight,sits up straight. And bendy, so you can grab both handles with one hand. I try not to buy anything plastic since it seems to be taking over the world. But this is useful, works well, and other materials wouldn't do what this does.

This came remarkably fast, being that it came from half way 'round the world. The pictures of the color was accurate and it is a size that is perfect for my needs (3.5 gallon). I fell in love with TubTrugs awhile back, (now known as Gorilla Red ?) and have had many years of use. I use them for storage, gardening, and anything a colorful bucket can be used for. Thank you!

These buckets are great products, but vendor should not squish and crush it to fit in a small bag. I carry water and heavy fruits and generally last 10+ years and store them outdoors. Had stress cracks all over and the replacement one I received had an actual crease crack. Starting to wonder if this is sold by an outlet are these rejects.

I'm using one of these in the shower, for catching the water before it heats up. Fits easily under a shower chair as well, if that matters to anyone else. :) Suppose it could be used in the same way, before a bath.Surdy, pretty, no banging annoying handle to get in your way while showering. If you stepped on it, it will give way to you, rather than the other way around. In my case, it is protected by the ever present shower chair, so no conflict. However, most handled buckets didn't fit well, because they were totally inflexible. Love Tubtrugs, all around, and really pleased with these useful small versions.
