First pull saw. I'm really impressed
First time using a pull saw, but I think I'm going to start investing in some more.I've only used this so far on 1x1inch batten, but it's been perfect for trimming the ends of multiple pieces to the same size.I don't usually use power tools as I've not got the space for them, so I'm mostly a hand tool guy. Always struggled to get clean slices with western saws. Tried the lot. I just can't manage it with any of them.Until now. Really glad I took a chance on trying one. This one in particular isn't the highest quality, or the biggest. But it's plenty sharp for the price and big enough for medium thickness wood. And as a step into pull saws, I really can't fault it.Takes a bit of practice to get the cutting motion down. But once you do, it's a joy to use. Takes very little effort compared to western saws. And I'm a bit sad I'm only just learning about them now, to be honest.Highly recommend geting one. Spend a few quid trying it out, this one isnt too expensive. You won't regret it. But be warned, you will be wanting to buy the big and expensive ones after trying this.

Not as stated
This is a tough one to review, as it's misleading. So will review in two parts.Product: 5/5It's a useful size. Bendy enough to manipulate cuts in awkward angles. And plenty sharp. So it's versatile for those more delicate cuts. Package is good but there is no storage cover or protected housing for non use.Product as described: 3/5It states "fine" saw blade, but it's not. Your jigsaw blade is a lot more fine in comparison - in terms of cut. So this is misleading in my eyes. So beware of this if that is the primary reason for the purchase. Maybe look for the "ultra fine" variants instead.Overall I've used it for a few jobs already and it's a proven a worthwhile purchase. In hindsite, though, I would pay that bit extra for an ultra fine blade.

Good for fine cutting especially flush cuts
Nice small pull saw. Flexible blade for flush cutting. Sharp blades that cut effectively. Small size enables quite delicate cutting. Very happy with this addition to my arsenal.

Empowering !
As a novice woodworker I felt very empowered with this super little saw. I found I could saw more accurately than with a traditional large saw. The blades (2 different) were good and sharp and enabled me to complete the work (cutting marine ply into a triangle) very satisfactorily. I feel confident to continue my woodwork journey with this super little saw.

Excellent knife really impressed
Excellent knife. Really sharp and therefore less effort to use. Blade firmer than ones I’ve used before which is great for cutting in line. Doesn’t bend out of line. Would definitely recommend. Would buy again in fact I would order another right now only it has stayed so sharp even after lots of use.
