Mini White Ceramic Mortar and Pestle Set, A Perfect Pill Crusher, Also Suitable for Crushing Spices, Herbs, etc

Really happy with this purchase! Bought this for grinding large pills for my 65lb. American Staffordshire Terrier. She will not take them. This little mortar and pestle grinds them up quickly and evenly with little effort. Now we can mix them in with her food and she gets her medicine! Very comfortable in the hand. It doesn't take up much space. It is heavy and solid for it's size. Easily cleans with mild dish soap. I haven't tried it in the dishwasher. It is a nice bright white and is actually very cute sitting on the kitchen counter. I do wish it came with a little brush for getting all the fine powder out, but that's about the only negative I can think of. Really nice for small tasks!! I highly recommend after shopping extensively and returning another.

This is just what I love. A great but inexpensive product. This simple product has great design. This simple product has great function. And this simple product has a 195O's price. The mortar is nice and low to the ground so it won't ever tip over. The Pestle is small... but big and fat. It simply crushes everything. The design is also beautiful in its simplicity and extremely solid in its construction. I bought it for large solid pills which I am having trouble swallowing for some reason. These crush those perfectly. It might not be big enough for a large Mexican dinner... but for smaller portions it is simply ideal. And only 1O dollars. What a great deal for a great product. I am a very happy consumer.

It works great to crush hard pills like vitamins. The rough surface is perfect for that and it washes up easily. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the pestle handle is just a tiny bit short and my fingers sometimes hit the edge of the mortar. It's not enough to hurt so I readjust and grind away.

I bought the mortar and pestle set for pulverizing medical pills for patient who had trouble swallowing. The set is small, easy to handle, easy to clean up, easy for storage. And, because it is ceramic, it performs much better than plastic pill crushers. The none-glazed interior of the mortar and the out side surface of the pestle make it perfect for grinding pills, or any small amount of spices, paints, etc.I am very satisfied with this set.

Great little porcelain mortar. It crushes up pills very easily with little effort. I used it specifically for a magnesium complex supplement.

It was too small, therefore not heavy enough to crush pills.

So cute but mighty. Does the job. I use it bc I am.on a lot of medication and the bigger pills need to be crushed. This is a cute little pill crusher that really crushes.
