This thing is AWESOME!! I have been having back problems for awhile. I was getting to the point where it hurt every time I tried to stand up. I have been using this for a week now, and my back pain is gone. I do a lot of sitting, standing, bending, lifting type movements while I am at work. My lower back hurt so bad before that when I tried to stand up I would have to take about 20 seconds before I could completely straighten out my spine. I just realized last night that I was able to stand up and walk clear across the room without any pain.It does slide up and down a little bit. And the bars can slide out and poke you if you don't straighten it up once in awhile. But I wear an undershirt, then put the brace on, and wear my normal clothes on top and that seemed to have fixed that problem.I also have big hips and a small midsection, but with this brace having multiple adjustments that hasn't been a problem. Stick with it a day or two, I swear it is worth it.

I like this a lot. It's just like the ones you see with the straps, but I like this cause you can't see under clothes and it's just as sturdy. Also I can sit comfortably with this one. I have a few additional back braces and I have to take it off to sit and put on when I stand up to move around and it sometimes makes my back worse with the constant on and off. Was true to size as well :)

Good support. The only problem I have with it is when I bend over or move, the velcro slips a little. Otherwise, it is very comfortable.

I try to get this as tight as I can, when I go I have a bit of a problem sitting at the PC or in front of the TV. However, it does give the back a good support. I would recommend.

I like it but if u buy order 2 sizes up from your normal.

The metal stays are not the shape of the curve of the back. Think about that for a minute. They actually have elbows at the top and bottom of the stays that cause the tips of the metal to JAB into your back. I was able to completely re-shape the stays because I work with metals. The belt is far too large and the stays are poorly positioned. I'm a seamstress, so I will attempt to correct the shape. At the end of the day, I've had to completely re-fashon this supporting garment, something most people can not do.

I bought this because I work at a Airport and lift luggage. I should have bought the medium I am a size 12, five foot eight. I'm making the large work. Great back support, and good support for your core.
