Definitely too large for kids. Stays in place and has a Velcro connector for under chin. Not too heavy but it does get a little warm wearing it.

Would easily fit a teen or older child, but a bit snug on an average sized adult head. Cute hat, well made.

Very warm and novel. It’s sure to keep your hat warm and your friends amused.

All I can say is, "Set your chickens free!"It was part of a great night of hilarity when not just any birthday celebration would do. Chicken aprons, chicken hats, and this full-on mask/headdress for an ailing family member battling cancer. The photos were priceless.

Unfortunately the lining of the hat, is extremely shallow. The hat itself is rather deep so if the lining met with the depth of the hat, it would actually fit pretty well. We found that with the lining in place it didn't remain on the head unless we were standing perfectly still. We removed the lining and the fit became perfect, but then the unfinished portion of the hat was uncomfortable against the head, so it's a catch 22. Perhaps if the manufacturer made the inner lining match the shape of the hat, it would fit so much better rather than cutting corners on the amount of fabric used to line the interior thus making it shallow in depth for a head to fit within.

Love this for a fun VBS hat! The kids will love it!

This is ridiculously small. My 15 year old son couldn't even begin to get it on his head. Even when we cut up the entire back it doesn't fit. I can't imagine any adult man or woman being able to wear this.
