The crystals that came with fireplace work perfectly.

We ordered the touchstone 100" fireplace #80032. We ordered this thinking we could use these crystals with the logs. Unfortunately both on this particular model will not fit both. (We had to return) these are very pretty and may work for a different model.

Great product, installed per instruction. Works as described.

The sound coming out of the speaker could be described as rain, fire, white noise or the sound of a record player at the end of a record. Not something you would want to listen to for more than a minute. Not worth the money. Sending it back.

yeah its a little generic gimiky and of course nothing like real fire sound but with tv on or music etc helps with trick-the-ears effect...eh was only a few bucks...would prob buy again

The crackling speaker sounds awful, not at all quality. The actual speaker is poor quality.Kept the glass beads, tossed the speaker
