Peeled the first two apples like a dream. Then peels just kept getting stuck in the peeler. I wound up giving up and peeling by hand.

I had reservations about this machine. I really didn't think it would work as well as it does. As long as the potatoes are either round or oval, this machine works great! You still have to chop off the tops and bottoms of the potatoes but, it's super quick and easy. Don't buy potatoes with a lot of dents in them. I love mine. I can peel 5 pounds of potatoes in around 15 minutes instead of a half hour or longer! One large potato takes about 15 seconds to peel. I just hope that this machine is still available if mine ever wears out.

Just received and already used to peel fruit. Glad I purchased it.

Absolutely love this peeler!!! Works like a charm. The only down side is you still have to peel (by hand) the ends of the potatoes. Wish the blade were larger. But this thing peels potatoes in lighting speed!

Love it. Its quiet, quick, and so easy to use.
