Molto bene! Works better than chewing gross tablets or other medicine with ingredients you do not recognize. This is a staple in my house for heartburn or other issues and the lemon flavor tastes good.

This stuff is great. I don’t mix with water, just let a few pieces dissolve on my tongue and it takes care of my heartburn almost immediately. Much more effective than tums for me. The jar lasts forever. Helps with nausea too and tastes like sprite.

Growing up with an Italian immigrant father, we always had this in the house. I forgot about it until I saw it in an Italian market and had a flashback to childhood. It does what it's supposed to do. If I had like carne asada Indian food and the hottest peppers ever this might not cut it. But for normal everyday indigestion it's now my go to. But it tastes so good sometimes I just pull out a few nuggets for eating. It tastes like grown up lemon zots. Definitely worth keeping in the house. And considering Pepto is like 13 bucks now this is a good deal. It's a big jar with a lot of uses in it.

Can’t stand chalky anti-acids, so this has been a delightful relief. I’m pregnant in my third trimester, so anything to help me stay hydrated and ease my heartburn is a huge win! As you can see, I already need to order more 😁
