I bought this for my grandaughters ,7&5, no instructions on how to get started, just annoying, however we improvised and made up as we went along, no ends in flower bud as shown on box? But they enjoyed making flowers and decorating vase!

Not suitable for 3 year olds
Good kit with lots of flowers, beads and buttons BUT totally not suitable for 3 year olds. There are no instructions or guidance; lots of sharp wire and requires a high degree of manual dexterity. Age wise definitely more suited to 7+.
