The thoughtful design of the unisex Peridise allows for easy introduction, comfortable use, and a freedom of movement for an experience like no other. By stimulating a peristaltic response, it generates a regional orgasmic response that can stand alone or enhance a traditional orgasm. The Beginner Set contains two of the larger devices (22mm and 18mm) and the Advanced Set contains two of the smaller devices (20mm and 16mm). As your skill and strength advances, you should move down in diameter. The smaller the device, the more exquisite the pleasure. Review: Three Stars - It's small. Very small. I didn't really feel anything after 30 mins of use. Review: but making good progress - note - haven't had the hands-free big O yet, but making good progress - note: beginner & advanced set sizes are actually interleaved - if you can't feel the smaller size, try the larger for a while (the larger size did nothing for me, but smaller started peristalsis immediately). wave sensation is VERY pleasurable even without orgasm. (check out their website for instruction & lots of useful tips)

Alternative medicine at its best
Is the same as the Peristal device for hemorrhoids. Was a lot less expensive. Is an interesting but effective way to very rapidly reduce them. Prostate is working great too - but didn't have problems there. I suppose you get a two fold benefit!
