A great addition to my climbing work outs. I'm using 18cm quick draws to hang mine from 3/8 bolt hangers. 3 inch diameter is fine for my extra large hands, even if my pinky finger isn't doing much, but I would really like to add something 4.5 inch and above for sloper training.I find doing chin and pull ups on balls like these way harder on my shoulders than a fixed bar, so I try not to use every day of the week or go too crazy.Still holding up strong after my 180lb weight and living in an occasionally 100F humid Texas garage. The wood is kind on skin. Grip certainly improved by a little chalk.

I love these things, very expensive but the quality is great! Only complaint is I don’t like how their logo is engraved into them as you can feel it when it’s on the other side and your fingers are wrapped around it not a big deal but it’s there.

These are amazing! It definitely has helped to improve my grip strength and also strengthen my non dominant hand. They can be slippery while training due to moisture from sweating but it will help you focus on improving no matter the surface.

They're really comfortable for grip training and seem to be well-made generally, but unfortunately one of mine cracked shortly after the return window closed. It's still usable, but I worry that it will get worse and eventually split or give me splinters.

These are awesome! I'm not a climber but I can tell they will really improve my grip strength.
