Love these lights! I purchased these for my mom. My mom broke her foot and is in a boot. We were going to a red, white and blue party. We used these lights to decorate her boot with! Lol It was a big hit! The wire is really nice to be able to mold. Recommend for home decor or custom. Lol

I love the lights, and they look perfect on my big fake ficus tree. However, I did have trouble with the remote control device that came with the set. I tried a new battery, and it still didn't work, but I'm happy to say that the company made it right and sent me another set which included a remote that worked on both sets. Therefore, I would order from this company again, because of the way their customer service department handled my dilemma.

As you can see, lights are smaller than a penny. Nowhere in description did it say/show the size. Guess I should have asked, but never imagined they would be this tiny. Was going to use them on a foot bridge in our yard, but think I will just use them to decorate one of my indoor plants. Very disappointed.

I ordered cute little LED lights with an independent power source (no plug) and what I got was large metal red white and blue stars with little white LED lights inside. Someone obviously grabbed the wrong item off the shelf in the warehouse. So I returned them. I guess I'll order from a different company rather than risk getting the same item by mistake again. Sorry. I need little plastic led lights not great big metal stars.

These lights were perfect for my patriotic holiday tree! There are many flash modes and the lights are bright but not too bright.

I love fairy/string lights. I bought these to use on a planter on my front steps for patriotic events - July 4th, Memorial Day. The wire is thin and flexible so you only need a light touch to place them on plants. I use fairy lights year round - white in the summer, yellow/orange and yes, pumpkins in the fall.

Just wanting a short red white blue string for a mantle, I've purchased battery powered string before, but was happy to fin that I could use my USB cube and an extension cord to keep this string going 24/7 throughout the summer holidays. Not very bright at all, but sufficient and not glaring.

I have a few of these battery-powered lights, and I put them up around my cubicle for different seasons. I get a lot of good feedback from people. This remote has more options than some of the others offered by this vendor. It has chasing, flashing and dimming. Plus, you can increase/decrease the speed, as well as the brightness. There is also a timer that allows you to have it go for 2, 4 or up to 8? hours. 4 AA batteries last a while (unless you forget to turn them off overnight). Since these are battery-powered, you could put these just about anywhere, like a glass jar or bottle, a mantle -- anything.
