Repair gel is a game changer and worth the money!
This pack comes with the defend sunscreen, enhance balm, and the Repair gel. I'm going to focus on the gel first. The Repair gel is worth every penny, especially if you have new ink and going through the healing phase.****Background: my first ink is relatively large (for a beginner) and dense with a lot of detail - it's a 4" diamond of solid color, with a lot of bright red which notorious for causing irritation. It took close to 6 hours to finish. It flaked and itched like crazy, and I was going nuts trying to sleep and not being able to scratch. My artist gave me mild soap and a similar ointment. Neither were enough. It was missing a moisturizing step in between cleaning and apply the moisture barrier. I eventually figured out that the Neutrogena blue lotion, while not tattoo-specific was the missing piece. Think about it. Ink is liquid, it needs moisturizing like crazy. This gel IS that best missing piece. Five seconds after I applied the itching was gone. Just gone. So I listened to my body and each time my wrist felt a twinge of anything, I put another coat on. It wound up being 2x-8x a day for the first few weeks. It has all the best moisturizing properties of the Neutrogena gel, plus the itch reduction. It also leaves a slight matte protective sheen that deepens the color and looks fabulous. You could probably cobble something together cheaper with aloe vera, Sarna, and a couple of other random foofy things. Just buy the damn tube and carry it with you.****The Enhance: as others have noted, the balm is very solid and doesn't melt easily. Applying it, even gently, requires a bit of side-to-side pressure, and not advised during the healing process for new or flaking skin.****The Defend: Like any zinc oxide, it will white things out, but fades quickly. It really helps with the burning in the sun, especially in the car. I use this every morning before going out. Put the Defend on top of it an hour or so later and you are all set for the day.

Excellent quality
I just got my first tattoo last week, so it's a little early for me to review all 3 products, but I can say that the Repair gel is amazing! It soothes my skin and takes away the initial burning immediately. I love it. I remember the Shark Tank episode that featured Mad Rabbitt and was very impressed. I can't wait to use the rest of the products after the initial healing period is over.

Mad Rabbit leaves happy tattoos
The Mad Rabbit aftercare kit has been some of the best product I have used for to care for new tattoos. It does not leave a stickiness in the skin like many products do. It absorbs quickly, and provides hours of relief as the tattoo heals.

Soothing
Love the repair gel, very soothing. The cream is very nice with awesome smell. Haven’t tried the sunscreen but lake trip soon and I’ll have my tats safely covered.

Balm and Lotion are worth it!
The “Tattoo Aid” balm works really well and the lotion has a pleasant scent. The SPF is a little lacking and it separates when dispensed… so I have to mix it a ton in my hands before it does the trick. I recommend other mineral-based sticks or lotions to get your SPF fix.
