Noted a fishy after taste on empty stomach. After food there was no problem.

Longer lasting
I was using a lower mg. Got these and only take one to get 1000 mg and stretch the amount to last longer. Two a day is recommended. I "trust" they are helping but since they are taken internally I do not know. I wish I did.
