Best iron supplement I've ever had. Easy on the stomach. First iron supplement I've ever had actually that didn't upset my stomach! I've been recommending it to my anemic buddies. Lol

I would like to start by saying I normally don’t take the time to do reviews on things but I am going to do a review on these vitamins because they have changed my life. I started looking at a ton of reviews and different brands of vitamins because I noticed I would get very tired in the day and need a nap. Sometimes even when I just woke up I would feel tired still. After a lot of research and browsing I came upon these and was hesitant at first to buy them because they aren’t fda approved but when I started looking at name brands those also aren’t fda approved because no company can guarantee they will work etc. I took a chance and bought these. They make me feel more energetic to clean and work on my day to day activities which has helped my mood a lot because I don’t feel so drained. I have bought other brands and vitamins and they either make my stomach upset or just don’t work. These do what they advertise and I wish I had found them sooner. They don’t taste like anything and don’t give me stomach troubles. If you are looking for a reliable vitamin I 101% recommend these vitamins. I also browsed their website and they sell a lot of other products that are good for working out or other things you might need.

I like this product .The other ingredients besides iron, makes the absorption of iron easy to fulfill the need of iron. My levels went up since using and my energy level went up. Easy to swallow the capsule form.

I order this for my father. It seems to do good for him. No upset stomach or bowel issues.

The combo of supplements is handy and the pill size isn’t uncomfortable or hard to swallow. Everything seems to be as stated!(I took this supplement for a week or so.)The necessary to know! You should try to be aware of whether you need this supplement! I was working on suspicion, that’s entirely MY bad! You should also be aware that iron can cause significant stomach issues which may or may not resolve within a few weeks of beginning the supplement. Know your limitations here, if you have existing stomach issues starting this may interfere with your daily routines. For me, the heartburn, indigestion, bloat and other assorted intestinal (ew) issues really slowed me down.Leading to…I try to do research, but sometimes miss the finer points. Above my pay grade, perhaps. Docs go to school for a really, REALLY long time so it would be asinine for me to expect that a few with goog would equal full knowledge. Fortunately for me a friend is a fully edumacated, licensed etc etc dietician. When I mentioned the absolute chaos this supplement caused me she casually asked the dosage. Then informed me that it’s a high dosage. Like, pretty darned high dosage.So.Know what you’re getting! I may try a smaller dose, I may wait for my appt to see what someone who’s earned their chops says. What I know is that I’ll never jump lightly into iron again because HOLY SMOKES!!!I know it’s great for some, it just isn’t for me.

I bought this product because one of the reviewers said it changed her life. I am 63 and just had a physical recently. We discovered I was anemic. I have felt sluggish for months and just attributed it to getting older, although I have always been active. I started taking this iron supplement almost a month ago, but last week started to notice a HUGE difference. I have my mojo back!! 😁. I am a gardener and its spring!!! I am loving life again.
