It's definitely not maroon.
Please be advised that this MKIII dashboard cover has an amazing fit. Unfortunately, the color is definitely not matching the 1986 oem maroon interior as in my picture. It's more red than anything. But, if you don't care about the cover matching the color of your dashboard, this item is a perfect fit for the MKIII Supra.
