Bought this gem before my mother-in-law and I went on our vacation to Destin. It was well worth every penny!!! It was easy to carry, lightweight, easy to set up, easy to adjust, easy to disassemble, but most importantly stood up to the strong gulf breezes. Other beach umbrellas were flying across the beach but this one stayed put like a champ! Will always recommend!

I wish I knew how much money I’ve spent on umbrellas, canopies and tents over the years. I think I may have found the golden egg! I’ve been on the east coast of FL for 3 weeks and this umbrella has outperformed any I’ve ever had including the Cool cabana I paid way too much for this year!! The only negative thing is that it turned inside out one day in 15mph wind gusts but I didn’t have it rigged with my self engineered cord rig. Since rigging it I’ve had no problems. Today it’s 12mph and no issues. The anchor screw base usually needs help if the sand is too hard. I have a narrow trowel I use to get the hole started. The starter hole needs to be more narrow than the screw base though. I have recommended this umbrella to all of my friends and family, especially those in areas that don’t allow the canopy type beach shelters.

Very nice umbrella. I took it to the beach with me, and it worked perfectly. Despite the wind and birds landing on it. It was sturdy and provided adequate shade. Great find for the price.

This is an excellent umbrella. I am originally from the beach and have seen all sorts of umbrellas. You USUALLY get what you pay for. This one endured pretty hefty wind and blistering sun. It was easy to anchor into the sand, very sturdy and easily adjustable as the earth rotates and the sun moves around. Kept me shaded and the day was very pleasant bc of this umbrella...well, and the drinks helped too. All kidding aside, this umbrella comes highly recommended by me! I would definitely get this again should we need another one!

Great umbrella for the price. Held up well to wind. Easy to put up and take down. I also purchased a sandbag for extra stability. Used for a week on Myrtle Beach. Had a couple days of high winds, red flag warnings and it stood the test. The wind did turn it inside out one day, I was able to flip it back quite easily and nothing was torn or broken Easy to pack and carry, not too heavy I would recommend

Works well. Stays in place in the sand even with a wind coming off the lake. Sturdy and well made.

Great umbrella - good size, UV material is a bonus, wind flaps necessary - they’ve thought of everything. The mechanism to screw into the sand is clever- gift recipient really appreciates that detail!

Amsun umbrellas are the best! I had my last one for almost 10 years no issue. This umbrellas is exactly as described. The silver lining is a god send as far as UV rays go. Its beautiful, well made with fibreglass ribs that are way better then steel when it comes to flexibility. They move with the wind. I wanted red, but that wasn't happening with this quality so I changed my whole patio set up the nlue & white just to match this umbrella! The anchor is very wide so it was too big for my stand which is very different, but that's not Amsuns issue. I ordered a thinner sand anchor! Highly recommend Amsun products!

Love the large auger end and the fold out handles to turn the umbrella whilst setting up. Very easy to use and nice design. Good size. Need to be mindful that food out handles are plastic so manage the torque applied to a solid breaking.
